water-resourcesCould Albuquerque residents in 1912 have imagined running water, sanitation, mechanized transportation and electricity? Can you imagine what Albuquerque will look like in 2112?

The general public is invited to attend a presentation given by Dr. Vincent Tidwell, Sandia National Laboratories, on “Collaborative Modeling Toward a Sustainable Albuquerque.”

Dr. Tidwell will discuss collaborative modeling, tools that enable scientists, engineers, decision-makers and the public to work together to build models that represent their joint understanding of the issues. He will show an interactive decision dashboard, where stakeholders use the models to explore “what-if” scenarios and “game” sustainable solutions from the Middle Rio Grande and beyond.
